At Physalia, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle and ship our meticulously crafted garments.
Shipping Information:
We are a small, dedicated team, shipping all orders from our studio in Vancouver, BC. Typically, orders are shipped within 1 week of being placed.

Canadian Shipping:
Service: All Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post/UPS regular mail.
Delivery Time: Please allow 5-6 days for delivery.
Note: Shipping times can vary based on your location and any potential delays with the carrier.

United States Shipping:
Service: All U.S. orders are shipped using Canada Post/UPS regular air mail.
Delivery Time: Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery.
Tracking: All U.S. parcels are tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is en route.


Shipping Costs:
Taxes and Duties: All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Physalia.

Order Processing Time:
Non-Pre Orders: Processing time is 5 business days, although we typically ship faster than that.
Pre Orders: Shipping dates depend on the item. Estimated ship dates are listed on each pre-order listing and are subject to change based on material, labor, and shipping.

Incorrect Address:
Physalia is not responsible for return shipping if the customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Ensure your complete address, including apartment number and correct postal code, is entered correctly during the checkout process. Addresses cannot be altered once they.
Shipping Times and Guarantees:
We do not guarantee arrival times for international shipments. Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are the property of Canada Post/USPS. Physalia is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels:
If your item is not delivered or is lost in transit, please retain your shipping confirmation details securely for further investigation if needed. While we track all packages to prevent this from happening, we are not responsible once the parcels are handed over to the carrier.
