Canada (Home Country)

Regular Price Purchases: Eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
10-15% Off with a Discount: Eligible for exchange or store credit (non-refundable).
20% Off or More: Final sale.

USA
Regular Price Purchases up to 15% Off: Eligible for exchange or store credit (non-refundable).
20% Off or More: Final sale.

Returning an Item:
You are responsible for covering shipping expenses to our location in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item and will be restored to your original form of payment.


Fine Print: Physalia reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any items that have been worn, washed, or do not meet the criteria above.
