Garments ordered directly through Physalia are currently produced in-house in Canada, made specifically against your order rather than held as finished inventory. Below is an overview of how direct ordering works.

Production Timeframe

Production begins once your order is confirmed.

Current lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. Exact timing is confirmed at the time of order.

Sizes 2, 4, and 6 are currently available.

Availability may vary by style — current availability is confirmed at the time of your inquiry.

Shipping

Direct orders are currently available within Canada only.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Because each piece is made specifically for your order, direct sales are considered final.

This applies unless an item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect. If an issue arises, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
